Shipping & ordering FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Message us through the contact form as soon as possible. Because most pieces are cast or printed to order, we can usually adjust color or variant before production starts, but not once a piece is already curing.
Where do orders ship from, and how long do they take?
Every order ships from our workshop in Vietnam. Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then take about 8–12 business days to arrive once shipped.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived after a few days, send us your order number through the contact form.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us with photos of the piece and its packaging as soon as it arrives — resin and printed pieces are recast rather than refunded wherever possible. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Customs and peak-season volume can add extra days beyond the 8–12 day estimate. If it's been more than 15 business days since shipping, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.
